Publication Deadline for Quilt Listing: March 1, 2024.

Publication Deadline for Website & Social Media: March 17, 2024. To have your items shown on the website or social media, you need to register them online by this date. It's important to know that adding items to the website is not automatic. We’ll upload donation details and photos to the website as soon as possible.

Online Registration Deadline: March 31, 2024. This is the final day to complete the online registration form. Our organizers need a few days before the sale to compile the information and make the check-in process easier.

If you miss this deadline, you can still donate your items to the sale. Volunteers will have to enter information about your item into the computer when you drop it off, so check-in will take a little longer.

Instructions for Online Registration:

  1. Complete the registration form for each item you are donating. Use the quantity field to indicate the number of separate pieces for sale. If you are donating a set of items to be sold together complete the form for the set.

    Ex: You are donating 5 jars of stew meat each to be sold separately. Fill out the registration form once for item "Stew Meat" and put the number "5" in the quantity field.

    Ex: You are donating a set of saw horses. Fill out the registration form once for "Saw Horse Set" and leave the quantity at "1"
     

  2. Attach the registration # to your item(s). You can either print the registration slip at the end of the form, or just write down the registration # on a piece of paper. This number must be attached to your item(s) for the check-in team to be able to identify the items dropped off.
     

  3. Bring your items to the sale!
