The 45th Annual Nebraska Mennonite Relief Sale is April 5-6, 2024.

There are a few changes to booth, meal, and auction locations this year. Check the maps below to see where everything is located.

Ag Building

1. Food Court
– A variety of food options including pulled pork sandwiches, chips, drinks, pie by the slice, ice cream sundaes and root beer floats.

2. Ten Thousand Villages
Ten Thousand Villages is a pioneer of fair trade, every handmade purchase directly impacts the life and community of its maker in a developing country. In support of Mennonite Central Committee, 10% of proceeded from the weekend are donated to the Nebraska Mennonite Relief Sale.

3. Quilt Color Challenge
– Cast your vote on your favorite designs for this year’s color challenge and purchase fabric packs for next year.

Farr Building

4. Treasurer
– Register for a bidder number and settle your bill here (cash, checks & credit cards accepted).

5. Desserts
– Grab a sweet treat of apple priescha, homemade ice cream bars, or pie by the slice.

6. T-Shirts
– Pick up pre-ordered t-shirts or view available options and place an order for future pick-up.

7. Golf Tournament
– Learn about the Nebraska MCC Golf Tournament

8. My Coins Count & Hygiene Kit Drop-Off
– Add your spare change to the donation bucket and see how a few coins can add up.

– Drop off hygiene kit supplies or completed kits to be sent to the MCC Resource Center in Newton, KS.

9. Mennonite Central Committee
– Talk with an MCC representative to learn more about the organization we support.

11. Information
– Here to answer all your Nebraska Mennonite Relief Sale questions.

12. Market
– Purchase a variety of food items including zwiebach, pasta, meats, cheese, and more.

13. Donation Check-In
– Drop off pre-registered donations with their registration slip attached. All items not pre-registered will need to be checked in at the booth.

14. Coffee
– Stop by for a cup of hot or iced coffee. Hot chocolate will also be available.

15. New Years Cookies
– Grab a traditional Mennonite treat of freshly fried raisin fritters coated in sugar or glaze.

16. Kid’s Korner
– Give the kids a break with coloring pages and other activities.

COMMERCIAL Building

17. Friday Night Meal
– Sloppy Joes served with a dill pickle, baked beans, potato chips, a cookie or brownie, and water, tea, or coffee.

17. Saturday Breakfast
– Start your morning off right with a full breakfast of pancakes, made-to-order eggs, sausage, coffee, and your choice of milk or orange juice.

17. Verenika Meal
– Traditional Mennonite dumpling. Get your choice of boiled or fried verenika served with ham, cream gravy, coleslaw, zwieback (a traditional yeast roll), and a drink.

17. BBQ Chicken/Windsor Loin Meal
– Your choice of a Windsor loin or a bbq chicken breast served with au gratin potatoes, green beans, roll, and a drink.
