43rd Annual Relief Sale
Back at the Hamilton County Fairgrounds after 2 years away, the Nebraska Mennonite Relief Sale took place April 1-2, 2022, where a remarkable $223,238.99 was raised for MCC. A special thanks goes to the verenika lovers who made verenika gravy the most expensive item at the sale this year! We had four containers sell for a whopping $2,500 each.
42nd Annual Relief Sale
Prioritizing public health due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 Nebraska Mennonite Relief Sale auctions were held exclusively online. To help add a few extra donations, several of our dedicated supporters organized some independent food-based events. Altogether, the auctions and events raised a total of $91,385.32 for Mennonite Central Committee.
41st Annual Relief Sale
Due to the widespread impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 Nebraska Mennonite Relief Sale was converted to a last-minute online auction. Although the shift from an in-person gathering to a virtual platform faced some difficulties, a total of $54,282.25 was raised for Mennonite Central Committee.
39th Annual Relief Sale
The Nebraska Mennonite Relief Sale had another successful event on March 23-24, 2018. The contributions from our generous supporters and dedicated volunteers resulted in a total of $191,403.00 raised for Mennonite Central Committee. A highlight from the sale this year was the quilt auction, where thirteen beautiful quilts each sold for $1,000 or more.
